Danny A. Davis, B.A.
During his years in industrial base analysis and assessment, Mr. Davis scheduled and performed site visits, tracked contract requirements, conducted risk analyses and edited Final Reports. Mr. Davis was a key analyst in evaluating satellite industry companies and analyzing the Titan IV sole/single source supplier base, involving the identification and analysis of over 400 companies and their products. Mr. Davis has also successfully obtained EPA site permits to allow for the disposal of on site hazardous waste accumulations, performing the required sampling and the proper labeling of the materials in preparation for disposal.

Keith R. King, Ph.D.
Dr. King's background includes technical and managerial responsibilities over a variety of disciplines. He has designed, written and managed software systems; he has developed and implemented complex numeric models; and he has designed and built electronic and mechanical laboratory equipment. He has played a key role in authoritative studies on defense preparedness and the defense industrial base since his lead role in the 1984 Joint Service Production Base Analysis - Precision Guided Munitions. He has performed over one hundred on-site assessments of subcontractors supporting defense systems, as well as analyzing results from all members of the site visit teams.

William "Mac" McPeak, B.A., M.A.
Mac McPeak has over six years experience in conducting detailed analysis of defense industrial base issues. Those assessments ranged from determining production risk of various components of several weapon systems, to conducting over 300 in-depth interviews with producers leaving the defense production base. This experience has established Mr. McPeak as a qualified expert in the field of industrial base issues and how they affect the maintainability and supportability of the U.S. defense establishment.

Franklin R. Scivally, B.S., M.A.
Frank Scivally's 25 years of professional and military experience include QA, risk management, manufacturing production assessment, plant layout and design, and logistics. Based in Tucson, Mr. Scivally has traveled nationwide visiting contractors supporting Army and Air Force programs, including satellite as well as munitions systems, in developing and implementing cost effective corrective measures for at risk segments of the defense production base.
