Support Options

Scheduled on-site maintenance includes:
  • HD disk scan for physical integrity

  • File defragmentation

  • Recommendations for hardware and software changes

  • (fixed periodic charge after initial system clean up)

As needed on site support includes:

  • Installation of new software

  • Installation of new hardware

  • Problem solving

  • (billed at hourly rate for on site time)

Telephone support can be provided for issues not requiring on site intervention. (Billed at reduced hourly rates unless included with scheduled regular maintenance agreement)

Training

We can provide tailored training for the software we support. We often recommend a short course for small groups of employees to help your employees solve minor problems without calling in costly external support and to recognize when it is time to call for help. For more info, contact KRK S&T
